The waxed and lined snow parka is manufactured by Hervier Productions in Brittany, founded in 1922. It is made from 395 g/m² waxed cotton (water-repellent) by the long-established British company British Millerain. The jacket features two large side outer pockets, a concealed chest pocket, two inner pockets, a beige lining, a peaked hood, a button placket, and a zipper closure, as well as drawstrings at the waist and hood.
The cotton lining and Trispace Light microfiber lining provide optimal protection against the cold while also making the jacket breathable. This makes the Snow Parka not just a jacket for rainy days, but also ideal for the colder seasons.
The jackets are heavily waxed, so the wax works its way into the fabric over time.
