Returns within Germany
If you would like to take advantage of our free return shipping within 14 days, simply use our DHL returns portal:
Print return label
Print your return label on a DIN A4 sheet and affix it to your return package where it is clearly visible. Please remove all old shipping labels and barcodes beforehand.
DHL will create the return label for you.
Show the QR code on your smartphone at a DHL branch, parcel shop, Packstation, or to your DHL delivery driver. DHL will print the label for you.
International returns
We offer a 14 day return policy after you received your order, without any specific reasons. The goods must be returned unused and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for return costs, we will refund you as soon as we have received the item back.
