Print your return label on an A4 sheet and attach it clearly to your return. Please remove all old shipping labels and barcodes first.
DHL creates the return label for you
Show the QR code on your smartphone in a branch, parcel shop, Packstation or to your DHL parcel delivery person.
DHL will print the label for you.
