• Free shipping on orders of €100 or more

• Flat shipping fee of €5.90 for orders under €100

Delivery

• All orders are shipped with insurance via DHL or Deutsche Post.

• A tracking number will be sent automatically by email.

If a shipment cannot be delivered or is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, additional shipping and return costs may apply.

If a parcel is returned to us for reasons attributable to the customer, such as an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, we reserve the right to charge the additional costs actually incurred.

Your statutory consumer rights, including your right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.
