The tin handle of the knife is made using a special technique: the molten tin is poured directly onto the steel tip of the knife, so that the contour of the steel blade blends perfectly into the surface of the tin handle.

The name Cosi Tabellini stands for renowned pewter craftsmanship, distinguished in particular by its simple elegance and aesthetics. Italian craftsmanship and centuries-old techniques remain true to the pewter tradition of Lombardy, northern Italy, and have changed little since ancient times.
