This cast iron coaster is manufactured by the traditional Japanese company Iwachu in Morioka. For over a century, the manufacturer has stood for classic Nambu Tekki ironware, valued for its durability, functionality, and timeless design.

The coaster reliably protects delicate surfaces from heat and is ideal for cast iron teapots. The solid cast iron stores heat and provides a stable base, while the textured surface is not only visually appealing but also offers additional grip.
