The Kamoshika Ceramic Grater is a compact Japanese ceramic grater for fresh ingredients such as ginger, garlic, wasabi, daikon radish, or citrus zest. The grating surface, integrated directly into the ceramic, finely shreds ingredients and is ideal for adding fresh flavors to sauces, dressings, soups, and other dishes.
Especially with fibrous ingredients like ginger, coarser fibers largely remain on the grating surface. The raised rim catches both the grated material and any released juices.
Its simple design allows the grater to be used directly at the table.
