Grand Marnier promotional bowl – Moulin des Loups, France

This small Grand Marnier promotional dish comes from the French ceramic manufactory Moulin des Loups and was produced in the 1950s to 1960s for use in bars, cafés, and bistros.

The interior is glazed in either a subtle mint green or a warm cream yellow and features the black lettering "Grand Marnier LIQUOR" in the center. A fine gold-colored rim adds a beautiful accent. The exterior is glazed in white, highlighting the simple, clear form of the small dish.

On the underside is the characteristic manufacturer's mark of Moulin des Loups, featuring a windmill, as well as the number "878.18.09". In addition to everyday ceramics, the French manufactory also produced numerous promotional items for the catering industry.

Originally manufactured as a promotional object for Grand Marnier, the small dish can be used in many ways today – for example, as a tray for jewelry, coins, or other small items.
