This charming set of two egg cups comes from the popular Vista Pink series by the traditional English manufacturer Mason's. The fine, detailed decoration in vibrant red shows floral and landscape elements, which are characteristic of the Vista collection and are still among the house's most famous patterns.
Made from robust English earthenware, the egg cups combine everyday practicality with classic country house charm. The Vista Pink series was introduced at the end of the 19th century and enjoyed great popularity for many decades. Based on the backstamp, these pieces can be dated to the 1920s to 1930s.
The egg cups are in good, age-appropriate vintage condition with minor signs of wear that underscore their authentic character.
