The Rabbit Incense Container is a small, solid brass box in the shape of a resting rabbit. It is made by Sumitani Saburo Shoten in the traditional metalworking city of Takaoka in Toyama Prefecture.

The two-part brass box was originally intended for storing incense – but it primarily functions as a small sculptural object. The softly modeled rabbit shape sits on a round base, forming a compact object that feels pleasantly heavy in the hand.
